Co-dependency Family Therapy Group Sessions
By listening to the stories of others, we begin to see ourselves more clearly.
Group sessions offer dedicated time for yourself alongside understanding and supportive peers.
Together, we work on changing old behaviour patterns, finding practical solutions, and learning to value ourselves more deeply.
The group therapy programme includes a commitment of 10 sessions (2.5 hours each), with discussions and exploration of topics that matter to you.

We will explore the following themes together:
-
Becoming aware of behavioural patterns from your family of origin
-
Healthy boundaries (letting go of overexertion and excessive responsibility)
-
The inner child and the inner critic
-
The “helper” shadow: healthy vs. excessive helping
-
The need for control and a sense of safety
-
Your true needs and emotions: shame, guilt, anger, fear, feelings of inadequacy
-
Health and body awareness
-
Making healthier choices
-
Self-worth and your relationship with yourself; self-compassion
-
Balanced relationships: connection, closeness, forgiveness, gratitude
