Family Therapy
A family is a whole and all family members are connected, even if they live far from each other or communicate very little.
In order for family relationships to change, someone has to take the first step.
It is better to take this step with support.
In family therapy, we can make sense of family relationships, notice repetitions of behavioral and emotional patterns, internal logic, developmental crises and coping skills. This way, it is possible to make more conscious choices.
Counselling takes place both individually and together with family members, moving step by step towards greater openness, self-expression and trust.
Family Therapy Group Sessions
Group sessions offer dedicated time for yourself alongside understanding and supportive peers. Together, we explore and transform old behaviour patterns, find practical solutions, and learn to value ourselves more deeply.
We talk about family coping strategies and healthy boundaries, explore the inner child and inner critic, and develop awareness of the need for control – learning to make more balanced and life-supporting choices.
